Norwalk, CA. – The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s office has identified the female pedestrian killed in crash on 605 Freeway in Norwalk Monday morning.
Tess Kleinman Aronchick,34, was killed in a collision that occurred at around 9:13 a.m. on the southbound 605 Freeway near Interstate 105.
Investigators said an SUV was stopped in the No. 2 lane when Aronchick walked away from the vehicle and was hit by another car.
Aronchick was pronounced dead at the crash site.

Norwalk, CA – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle Monday morning on Interstate 605 in Norwalk, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported around 9:13 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the freeway near Interstate 105.
As per the report, an SUV was stopped in the No. 2 lane when a woman walked away from the vehicle and was hit by another car.
The pedestrian was lying down in the No. 3 lane after the crash.
Firefighters responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead at the scene at 9:38 a.m.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
